January 21, 2024 - Fresno Police Department officials report that on December 2, 2023, a male boarded a FAX bus at 8:44 a.m. An African American female passenger was also on the bus and the male suspect made several racially charged statements directed at her. She exited the bus and as they argued outside of the bus, the male assaulted her on the sidewalk.
