January 23, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that three new fugitives have been added to the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals in Hiding:

  • Erica Coleman (23) is wanted for assault and assault with a deadly weapon. Coleman is from the Porterville area.
  • Jon Michael Porter (40) is wanted for 4 active warrants for his arrest. Porter is wanted for felony failure to register as a sex offender, narcotics charges, and assault and battery. Porter frequents the Visalia and Tulare areas.
  • Michael Shawn Hackett (33) is wanted for theft, identity theft, and false impersonation. Hackett is from the Tulare area.
