February 1, 2024 - CAL FIRE is stepping up its game with $8 million in Wildfire Resilience Block Grants! These grants will improve forest health and battle wildfires across California. With a focus on private forest landowners, these grants offer technical and financial assistance to enhance forest resilience to climate change and minimize the impact of devastating wildfires.

From boosting technical support to ramping up outreach efforts and establishing emergency forest restoration teams, these grants are vital to wildfire prevention and restoration in California.
