February 3, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Friday, Detectives with the Sheriff’s CATTCH Unit developed information on the whereabouts of Top 10 Fugitive 24-year-old Jose Cruz Orosi. With help from the TCSO Drone, Detectives were able to successfully take him into custody after a multi-block chase.

Cruz was wanted for a parole violation and multiple warrants for resisting arrest.
