School Closure Due to Inclement Weather 

February 8, 2024 – Mariposa County Unified School District Superintendent issues notice of school closure due to weather conditions.

Dear School Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

Due to the significant volume of snowfall areas our county received on Wednesday evening, along with anticipated freezing overnight temperatures and hazardous road conditions, we have made the decision to cancel school for all Mariposa County Schools for Thursday, February 8, 2024.

The safety of our students and staff is our utmost priority.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please stay safe and warm during this time.
