February 24, 2024 – Central California ICAC Task Force officials report that on Thursday, February 22, 2024, detectives with the Central California ICAC LopezInternet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested 34-year-old Gilbert Felix Lopez of Fowler. He was booked into the Fresno County Jail on a felony charges of possessing and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). His bail is set at $60,000.

The Central California ICAC Task Force received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding uploading of (CSAM). ICAC Detectives immediately initiated an investigation and identified 34-year-old Lopez, a resident in the city of Fowler. The ICAC Task force Detectives, Homeland Security Investigations and the Fowler Police Department served a search warrant at the 500 block of South 7th Street in the city of Fowler. During the search detectives located CSAM at the location and placed Lopez under arrest. During the Interview Lopez admitted to being in possession and distributing CSAM. Lopez was transported to Fresno County Jail without incident.
