Illegal Indoor Marijuana Grow
February 25, 2024 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on February 22, 2024, deputies assigned to the Norco Sheriff’s Station
Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a business in the 600 block of Parkridge Avenue in the city of Norco regarding a narcotics investigation. During the service of the search warrant, a large-scale illegal indoor marijuana grow was located.
Approximately 1,373 marijuana plants, thirty pounds of processed marijuana, and indicia of the sales of marijuana were located. Duong Nguyen, 40 years old, Coung Nguyen, 38 years old, both residents of Santa Ana, and Khang Do, 41 years old, from the city of Fountain Valley, were arrested. Duong, Coung, and Khang were transported to Robert Presley Detention Center and booked on the charges of marijuana cultivation and marijuana sales. This is an ongoing investigation, and no additional details are available.
