March 10, 2024 - National Weather Service Hanford Office officials report a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the Sierra Nevada this afternoon through Tuesday Afternoon centered around Yosemite N.P.
The Advisory is set to start at 5 PM PDT this evening and continue through 5 PM PDT on Tuesday. During which time, 8 to 12 inches of snow will have fallen across Yosemite at elevations of 6,000 feet and above. In addition, winds gusting up to 45 mph will also be observed.
