March 16, 2024 - Mariposa County Health & Human Services issues important update regarding the Senior Wood Program.
The final distribution date for the Senior Wood Program is Monday, March 25th!
The Mariposa County HHSA Senior Activity Center would like to thank CAL FIRE Mt. Bullion Crews and Mariposa County Solid Waste & Recycling for an amazing Senior Firewood season.
CAL FIRE has distributed over 250 loads of firewood to low-income seniors this winter season!
Individuals who do not have a truck or trailer or are otherwise unable to pick up firewood may designate another person to pick up firewood.
CalFire crews will be available to load from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
