When Deputies arrived, they located the suspects who were being held at gunpoint by the owner of the property, who is a Merced County CCW permit holder.
After further investigation, the Deputies determined the suspect's vehicle was stuck in a ditch and had several items belonging to the deceased mother of the homeowner.
Both suspects, identified as Della Almanza and Jake Bailey, were arrested for burglary and various warrants.
