June 6, 2024 - Recently, JCF Hospital Foundation Treasurer Saralynn Nusbaum (center) presented a check for a little over $8,000 to new interim CEO Pat Ryan and Imaging Manager Anthony Cordeiro for the purchase of three new wheelchairs to replace older chairs.

Some of John C. Fremont Healthcare District's existing wheelchairs are older and not functioning well, including loose braking mechanisms and limited comfort settings. They pose safety issues to both patients and staff. With JCF Hospital Foundation's grant, the Healthcare District will purchase three new wheelchairs that have improved features such as lap belts, IV poles, well-designed swing-away leg supports and a hook for Oxygen tubing.

The JCF Hospital Foundation is able to grant the John C. Fremont Healthcare District necessary items such as this given your generous support.
