July 3, 2024 – Mariposa County Health & Human Services officials report that due to the high temperatures expected throughout this week and through the weekend, cooling centers will open in Mariposa County at the following locations from Wednesday, July 3rd through Tuesday, July 9th.
All Library locations will be open from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. (in addition to regular days and hours).
Mariposa County Library, 4978 10th Street, Mariposa
Red Cloud Library, 10332 Fiske Road, Greeley Hill
El Portal Library, 9670 Rancheria Flat Road, El Portal
Bassett Memorial Library, 7971 Chilnualna Falls Road, Wawona Hours
AND
McKay Hall, 2820 Hwy 140, Cathey's Valley Hours 10:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
