TRAFFIC ADVISORY
One-Way Traffic Control for July 7-13, 2024
July 5, 2024 – MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control this week on State Route-49 (SR-49), SR-132, and SR-140 for maintenance and construction operations. Work is scheduled as follows:
STATE ROUTE 49
- One-way traffic control from Bootjack Road to Ashworth Road for shoulder work on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m.
STATE ROUTE 132
- One-way traffic control from Coulterville to Old Highway 49 for drainage work beginning Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
STATE ROUTE 140
- One-way traffic control from beginning of the passing lane in Catheys Valley to State Route 49 for pavement work beginning Sunday, July 7, through Monday, July 8, from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and Tuesday July 9, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Whitlock Road to Briceburg for pavement work beginning Sunday, July 7, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Briceburg to South Fork Merced River for pavement work beginning Sunday, July 7, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from South Fork Merced River to Yosemite National Park for pavement work beginning Sunday, July 7, through Friday, July 12, 2024, from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One-way traffic control from Tenth Street to Coakley Circle for curb/sidewalk work beginning Monday, July 1, through Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- One-way traffic control at Fourth Street for sign/banner work on Monday, July 1, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
