Mariposa resident Edward Carr,64, was driving a 2004 Chevy, North on Highway 49, South of Darrah Road when he experienced a medical condition and subsequently lost control of his vehicle.
The vehicle left the west roadway edge of Highway 49 and the airbags deployed.
Mr. Carr was transported by Mercy Ambulance to John C. Fremont Hospital for treatment of his medical condition.
Drugs or alcohol are not a factor to this collision.
