The Mariposa County Arts Council is proud to present our annual Young Master’s Youth Exhibition, which will run February 4 through February 28, 2016, with a public opening reception on Thursday, February 4, from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the Treetop Gallery. This special juried exhibition provides the youth of Mariposa with the opportunity to express their ideas, narratives, and inspirations with their community through their own pieces of original visual artwork and offers the community a chance to view the world through our youths’ perspective. This year’s theme “Dreamscapes and Imaginary Worlds” invites young artists in our community to delve into their imaginations and share with us the characters, creatures, landscapes, and stories that exist inside their minds. 

The Treetop Gallery is located at 5009 Highway 140, upstairs from Chocolate Soup and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the weekends (on the weekends please enter through Chocolate Soup’s downstairs entrance).
