2024 Music on Green
August 14, 2024 – Good Medicine had to cancel their Music on the Green appearance for Friday, August 23. In their place will be Ghosts of Ferns and the Hank and T-ranch duo. Closing out the final concert of the series will be Roger Perry on Saturday, August 24.

Ghosts of Ferns is a contemporary folk duo featuring singer songwriter June McCrory and multi-instrumentalist Caley Kelvin.  Their music is filled with harmony inspired by love, motherhood and daily life in the Sierra foothills.

Hank and T-ranch are a folk duo with acoustic guitar, banjo, vocal harmony, original songs and a cover or two.

Roger Perry continues his tradition of closing out the Music on the Green series. Roger is an internationally recognized Fresno Music icon who spans genres from jazz to country, blues and more with his unforgettable voice and masterful guitar playing. Skillet (Kevin Mchatten) accompanies on percussion. Roger Perry is always one of the most anticipated concerts of the season.

All performances begin at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) at the Mariposa County Art Park (5013 Hwy 140) in historic downtown Mariposa, CA. Parking is available along 4th and 5th St. The lower 5th St. parking lot provides an accessible pedestrian path to the Art Park through the Mariposa Creek Parkway entry. Tips for the performers will be solicited, encouraged, and appreciated. A complete schedule of the talent performing throughout this summer season can be found at mariposaartscouncil.org/music-on-the-green; weekly updates will be shared on the Mariposa Arts Council’s Facebook and Instagram pages (@MariposaArts).
