National Cold Case Month Investigation 

September 22, 2024 – Calaveras County Sheriff's Office officials report that 28-year-old Roger Sheltrown was last CCSO cold case Sheltrownseen leaving a Halloween party on his bike on October 31, 1995, and reported missing by his mother on November 13, 1995.

Roger resided in Angels Camp, CA, and had ties to the Camp Nine, Columbia, and Vallecito areas.

Authorities have reason to believe remains could have been hidden in a mine shaft.

ALTHOUGH THERE ARE MANY SUSPECTS, STORIES, AND RUMORS, THE ROGER SHELTROWN MISSING PERSONS CASE REMAINS UNSOLVED TO THIS DAY.
