National Cold Case Month Investigation 

September 26, 2024 – Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office officials report that during the evening of April 8, 2018, a male CCSO cold case Wattsidentified as Jack Edward Watts was found deceased in a rural area between Mokelumne Hill and Paloma California after leaving an event in Glencoe California.

Evidence revealed Watts suffered gunshot wounds to the head, leg, and chest and was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased on arrival.

Watts was the vice president of an outlaw motorcycle club known as Odin’s Disciples (ODMC) at the time of his death.
