TCSO Detectives Investigating Armed Robbery at Waukena Market
September 30, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that just after 4:00 p.m. on September 29, 2024, TCSO Deputies were called to the “Waukena Market” in the 2800 Block of Waukena Drive for an armed robbery.
When they arrived, Deputies learned two men walked into the market, one was armed with a gun and demanded money from the clerk. They left with an undisclosed amount of cash and drove off on a black street bike.
Luckily, no shots were fired and no one was hurt during the robbery.
