Consideration of approval of a Resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to the Financing Agreement from the State Water Resources Control Board for the planning, design and construction of Maintenance District No. 8A, North Fork Water System Improvements, and authorizing the Public Works Director or his designee to execute all necessary documents and/or amendments necessary to secure funding.
