October 9, 2024 - MADERA, CA. – Valley Children’s Hospital is proud to announce that it has been ranked as one of the nation’s Best Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report for the ninth consecutive year in its 2024-2025 listing. This prestigious ranking recognizes Valley Children’s excellence in three pediatric specialties:  

  • Pediatric Orthopedics  
  • Pediatric Pulmonology & Lung Surgery  
  • Pediatric Urology  

“We are honored to be recognized once again by U.S. News & World Report,” said Valley Children’s Healthcare President and CEO Todd Suntrapak. “This accolade is a testament to the unwavering commitment and expertise of our entire team. Their dedication to delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for our patients and their families is truly inspiring.”

U.S. News, together with RTI International, a North Carolina-based research and consulting firm, collected and analyzed data from children’s hospitals throughout the country and surveyed thousands of pediatric specialists.  

“U.S. News & World Report’s annual Best Children’s Hospitals evaluation empowers parents and caregivers with a data-driven guide to help them find the best pediatric hospital to treat their child,” said Ben Harder, chief of health analysis and managing editor at U.S. News.   

“Valley Children’s continues to stand out among the best in the nation,” Suntrapak added. “This recognition underscores our commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of the highest standards in pediatric healthcare. We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and remain dedicated to providing the best possible care for every child who comes through our doors.”
