TCSO Detectives Arrest Ivanhoe Man for Shooting Tulare Teen 

October 11, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff's Office officials report that just after 12:30 a.m. on October 6, 2024, TCSO Gaona sus 250TCSO Deputies were called to the 3700 Block of Avenue 236 in Tulare for a drive-by shooting.

When Deputies arrived, they learned a 16-year-old boy was standing in front of a property after going to a party and a vehicle drove by and someone inside shot him in the stomach.

The victim was later taken to a local hospital, where he is expected to be released tomorrow.

Several days later, 19-year-old Moses Gaona of Ivanhoe walked into TCSO Headquarters and was eventually connected to the shooting.

Moses was later booked at the South County Jail Facility.
