November 6, 2024 - SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Bureau of Reclamation today announces continued public negotiation sessions with the San Luis and Delta-Mendota Water Authority for an sisk dam photo by borOperations Agreement and Cost Share Agreement for the B.F. Sisk Dam and Reservoir Expansion Project, located on the west side of California’s Central Valley near Los Banos.

Reclamation and SLDMWA are partnering on the project to increase the storage capacity of San Luis Reservoir by an additional 10-feet. These agreements that are the subject of the negotiation support the raise project that is a connected action to the B.F. Sisk Safety of Dams Modification Project already underway. 

The following negotiation session will be held at 2800 Cottage Way (Rooms C-1001 and C-1002) in Sacramento:

  • November 19, 12:30 to 2 p.m.
  • November 22, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
