November 14, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that in August of 2024, Detectives with the Tulare TCSO minor sex 1County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit received information indicating that 21-year-old Tyler See of Visalia had contacted and attempted to meet with a 13-year-old minor for sex.

During the course of this complex investigation, Detectives served multiple warrants, which resulted in evidence suggesting See had used online platforms to identify, contact and meet with multiple girls, between the ages of 12 and 15. Four victims have been identified. However, investigators believe additional unidentified victims may exist in Tulare, Kings, Fresno and Kern counties.

On November 8, 2024, The Tulare County District Attorney’s Office filed formal charges and obtained an arrest warrant for See. Shortly after, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit served a warrant at See’s home in Visalia and took him into custody. He was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility for multiple counts of Child Molestation with Special Allegations.

Investigators strongly believe other young victims exist and encourage anyone who may have been a victim in this case to please contact Sergeant Sara Olmos or Detective David Randolph with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6218. Or, they can remain anonymous by calling or texting (559) 725-4194 or through email at tcso@tipnow.com.
