To facilitate the mitigation of Tree Mortality, County Parks will be periodically closed to the public over the coming months. Advance notice will be provided via signage where possible. Public Works apologizes for any inconvenience, but this action is necessary to ensure public safety during the falling and mitigation of hazard trees, which may include the use of heavy equipment to manage logs and debris.The Mariposa Town Park, and all facilities within the Town Park, is planned for an extended closure from Monday, March 14, 2016 through Friday, March 18, 2016. Please note that this may be extended or shortened as needed.
Red Cloud Park will be subject to daily closures dependent on the availability of CalFire Crews.
