Missing Juvenile Alert 

December 11, 2024 – Plumas County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for the public's assistance in locating Thomas Rios, a 10-year-old male reported missing/runaway on December 10, 2024, from Meadow Valley, CA. Thomas left his home on foot around 5:00 P.M. and has not been seen since.

Thomas's height is 4'5" and he weighs 60 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Thomas was last seen wearing a camo jacket, black pants, and black boots.
