Three Fugitives Added to Top 10 

December 27, 2024 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that three fugitives have been added to the Sheriff’s Top Most Wanted Criminals in Hiding: 

• Nancy Sandra Alvarado, 42, of Visalia and Ivanhoe, is wanted for attempted murder.
• Gabriel Guerrero, 21, of Tulare and Visalia, is wanted for armed robbery.
• Isaac Santa Maria, 20, of Visalia, is wanted for burglary, obstructing a police officer, and assault with a deadly weapon.
