February 9, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on Saturday, February 1, 2025, two robberies were reported in the City of Fresno. The first robbery occurred around 4:45 p.m. at the Best Buy located at Blackstone Avenue and Alluvial Avenue. A suspect walked behind the cash register, ripped two cash registers out and fled out the front door of the Best Buy, but not before pushing an employee out of the way. The suspect was last seen running northbound through the parking lot. A second suspect was seen running with the first suspect and they both got into a vehicle that fled northbound on Blackstone Avenue. 

Fifteen minutes later, at around 5:00 p.m., a second robbery was reported at Deli Delicious at Shields Avenue near Blackstone Avenue. The victim was standing in the kitchen area of the business when a male grabbed the cash register and left the location. Several employees tried running after the suspect but the suspect was able to leave in a vehicle that was waiting for him. The vehicle ran over the foot of one of the victims. The suspect vehicle description was the same in both cases. Detectives linked the robberies to each other. 

Two of the suspects, Anthony Bryan Rojas, and Raymond Rojas, were contacted inside the suspect vehicle in the City of Reedley by the Reedley Police Department. Raymond was in possession of a large amount of U.S. Currency. 

Anthony Bryan Rojas was arrested for robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime in the Best Buy case. Raymond Rojas was arrested for robbery and conspiracy to commit a crime on the Best Buy case, and robbery on the Deli Delicious case. A third subject, a juvenile, was also arrested in the City of Sanger. 

The outstanding cash registers were abandoned and located by the Fresno County Sheriff's Department. Although arrests have been made, if you have any information that may pertain to these cases, please contact Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP.
