February 18, 2025 – Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on February 16, 2025, Detectives in our General Crimes Unit launched an investigation into multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts in Denair. Through surveillance footage, detectives identified the suspect’s vehicle and traced it to a residence in Merced. 

With assistance from the Merced Police Department, they executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence, recovering a significant amount of stolen property, including multiple firearms and a stolen dog.
