February 19, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on February 13, 2025, the Southeast District Safety Team served a search warrant of a residence in the area of Herndon Avenue and Millbrook Avenue. The search resulted in 19 various firearms, including handguns, shotguns, and rifles, as well as ammunition, magazines, and high capacity/drum magazines. An additional eight firearms were located at a pawn shop in connection to this case. 

Due to prior firearm arrests and being a person prohibited from possessing firearms, the suspect was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail for:

PC 32310(a) illegal to manufacture, buy, sell, or otherwise possess large-capacity magazines. 

PC 29805(a) prohibits people from possessing firearms for 10 years after a misdemeanor conviction.

PC 30605(A) Illegal possession of an assault weapon

PC 148(A)(1) Obstructing a police officer
