Sexual Assault Arrest Update
February 22, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on Thursday, February 20, 2025, detectives from the Fresno Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit, along with the Central California ICAC Taskforce, arrested 37-year-old Ray Anthony Waller.
Waller was employed by the Fresno Unified School District as a teacher at Bullard High School.
This case involves a juvenile victim who is a student at Bullard High School. No details of the investigation will be released. Waller was booked into Fresno County Jail on the following felony charges:
- PC 288.3 - Arranging Meeting with a Minor for Lewd & Lascivious Behavior
- PC 289 I - Sexual Penetration of a Foreign Object, Victim under 16
- PC 288 C1 – Lewd & Lascivious Acts with a Juvenile, 14 or 15
- PC 287 – Oral Copulation
- PC 261 5D - Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor
- PC 286 B2 - Sodomy with a Person Under 16
- PC 288.2 - Distributing/Showing Pornography to a Minor
- PC 288.4 - Arranging a Meeting with a Minor with the Intent to Engage in Sexual Conduct
- PC 311.4 - Use of Minor to Sell/Produce Pornography
- PC 311.11 - Possession of Child Pornography
