TRAFFIC ADVISORY 
Conventional Lane/Shoulder Closure for March 2-8, 2025

February 28, 2025 – MARIPOSA COUNTY – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following one-way traffic control and shoulder closures this week on State Route 49 (SR-49) for maintenance operations. Work is scheduled as follows: 

STATE ROUTE 49 

• Conventional lane / right shoulder closure at Shilling Road for survey work beginning Monday, March 3, through Friday, March 7, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Motorists should expect 5-10 minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to take place as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials and construction related issues.
