March 12, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on Saturday March 8, 2025, shortly before midnight, officers in the Central Policing District conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation at Olive Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue. The driver consented to a search of the vehicle.
During the search, officers found a loaded firearm in the vehicle. The driver, who had been previously convicted of a felony, was arrested for weapons violations and booked into the Fresno County Jail.
