March 12, 2025 – Mariposa County School District officials announce a 2-hour delay for Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Our team is actively monitoring weather conditions this week. Mariposa County is currently under a Winter Weather Advisory through 11:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 13, with forecasted snowfall of 6 to 12 inches expected between 3,000 and 4,000 feet in certain areas.

To ensure the safety of our students and staff, all schools will operate on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, March 13. We are providing this advance notice to allow families time to plan accordingly.

We will reassess conditions early in the morning and determine if a full closure is necessary. Our team continues to coordinate with Mariposa County Public Works, the Roads Division, and Caltrans to monitor road conditions.
