March 14, 2025 – Merced Police Department officials announce Gran Fondo Hincapie-Merced is back this Saturday, March 15, 2025. Cyclists from all over will be rolling into town. Please be aware there will be some street closures around town.

Road Closures & Delays this Saturday 

Time: 6:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Expect road closures and intermittent delays in the following areas:

Full Road Closures (6:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.):

• N Street from W 19th through Courthouse Park (W 21st) & W 21st to M Street (including all cross traffic)

Lane Closure (6:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.):

• Southbound M Street (slow lane) from Rambler to W 21st

Intermittent Closures Throughout the Day:

• M Street at W 22nd, W 23rd, W 25th, W 26th, & Bear Creek
• G Street at Bear Creek
• Bear Creek at McKee
• Lake Road at Bellevue & Yosemite Avenue
