During March 2016, 650 residents were unemployed. A drop of 13.3% from March 2015 when 750 residents were unemployed.
The Leisure and Hospitality industry with 1,700 workers during March 2016 employed the same number of workers as February 2016. Compared to March 2015 the Leisure and Hospitality industry employed 10 fewer workers (-0.6%) when the industry employed 1,710 workers.
The Government employed .6% more workers during March 2016 (1,810) than in March 2015 when 1,800 people were employed in Government jobs.

Construction employment in March 2016 increased 6.7% from March 2015 as now 160 residents are employed compared to 150 employees in March 2015.
The Civilian Labor Force came in at 7,430 during March 2016. The Labor Force decreased by 160 residents (-2.1%) from March 2015 when the Labor Force was at 7,590.
There were 6,780 employees in the county during March 2016, a decrease of 60 employees in the county over March 2015 when 6,840 residents were working in the county. That results in a year to year decrease of 0.9%.
