March 22, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials announce locations of area designated exchange zones.

Did you know that each Fresno Policing District substation has a “Safe Exchange Zone”? These designated parking spots are publicly visible and have video surveillance. We encourage the public to use these zones for child custody exchanges and for safely meeting to purchase items from social media sites.

• Southeast 224 South Argyle Street
• Southwest 1211 Fresno Street
• Northwest 3080 West Shaw Avenue
• Northeast 1450 East Teague Avenue
• Central 3502 North Blackstone Avenue (near the FAX terminal at the Manchester Mall)
