We are pleased to report that for the month of March, 26 vouchers for spay/ neuter services were given out to the communities we serve. We recall that not so many years ago we had just 8 vouchers available each month! So, a combination of spreading the word about NPC’s program and the generosity of donors has made a great difference. We have reached so many more people, and just imagine the number of unwanted cats and dogs no longer left by the side of the road to an uncertain fate. Although the voucher phone number has appeared before, here it is again:  (209) 732-6194.

The SHARES program has been popular throughout the area, with Save Mart Supermarkets contributing money to NPC for dollars spent by those holding a SHARES card. The SHARES program is now being discontinued. In its place will be eSCRIP. We are in the process of enrolling NPC in the eSCRIP program. All you have to do to participate is provide your phone number to the Save Mart store of your choice, then tell the cashier you are an eSCRIP participant and give him or her your phone number. We hope you will take this step so NPC will continue to receive contributions from Save Mart Supermarkets. Thank you and thanks to Save Mart!
