Have You Seen Missing Person 23-Year-Old Kimana Councilman
April 5, 2025 – Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are still looking for missing person 23-Year-Old Kimana Councilman.
We are reposting this missing person case in the hope of gaining any potential leads. We are again seeking the public's help in locating missing person, 23-year-old Kimana Councilman. Councilman was last seen in the area of Rocca Park in Jamestown around the time of May 2021.
Councilman was described as a white female, 5’5”, approximately 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Councilman has a pentagram tattoo on the inside of her right wrist, as pictured.
