April 17, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on April 11, 2025, at approximately 10:40 p.m., an unknown male arrived on a bicycle and entered the Johnny Quick at 5993 East Belmont Avenue. The male was seen putting two 6-packs of beer into his backpack. The male was confronted by employees about paying for the merchandise. The male became physically aggressive and assaulted both employees. After struggling over the merchandise, the suspect was able to gain possession of the merchandise and fled the store without any attempt to pay.
