Critical Incident Video Release of Officer Involved Shooting on January 26, 2025 

April 26, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report on the morning of Sunday, January 26, 2025, three officers from the Northeast Policing District were involved in an officer involved shooting.

The Fresno Police Department has created a Critical Incident Video, which includes body worn camera footage, surveillance video footage and 9-1-1 calls.

The investigation into this critical incident is ongoing. There will be no additional comments made beyond the release of this video.

This critical incident is being fully investigated, and the findings will be handed over to the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office, Internal Affairs and the Office of Independent Review.
