May 20, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that on April 19, 2025, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Central officers responded to an armed robbery at the Cricket Wireless Store located at 3071 East Shields Avenue. The suspect entered the store, walked up to the counter, and demanded money while displaying a handgun at the employees. The suspect took cash from the register and fled westbound on foot through the Foods Co. parking lot.

The suspect appears to be a male adult, last seen wearing a black hoodie, black cargo shorts, black socks, and gray Nike shoes.
