May 23, 2025 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that Homicide Detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office need assistance in locating Blanca Ibarra related to an FSO Homicide investigation from 2017.

Blanca (pictured) is NOT a suspect in the case; however, detectives need to speak with Blanca. If any member of the public has information regarding Blanca’s whereabouts, please contact Det. J. Diaz at 559-600-8204.

On Monday, March 27, 2017, the Huron Police Department received a call of shots being fired in the area of Lassen Avenue and Tornado Avenue. While checking the area, they located two victims on 10th Street, east of Lassen Avenue, who had been shot. One of the victims, Jesus Amador, was shot multiple times and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). The second victim was treated and released on scene. Amador later died and the investigation was turned over to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
