During the month of April, teachers spoke with students about the Core Virtue of Forgiveness. On Friday, April 29, students who have shown a great capacity for forgiveness throughout the year were recognized in a school wide assembly. Congratulations to those students: Jaden Sullens, Ryan Ramirez, Joan Soldevila, Nautica Dietz, Matthew Corn, Westley Sheffield, (front) Isabella Wright, Brylee Bean, Eric Brown, (behind) Jacqueline Telles-Trujillo, and Bradlie Tiexiera. To open the assembly, Ms. Starchman played the ukulele while her third and fourth graders sang, “Saying I’m Sorry.” Students did a wonderful job singing along to this song and performing short scenes that went along with the lyrics.
