June 4, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that just before 1:00 p.m. on May 29, 2025, TCSO Deputies were called to the 7400 Block of Wellman Avenue in Goshen for a shooting victim.

When Deputies arrived, they found one man suffering from a gunshot wound, as well as another shooting victim. The victims were taken to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead. That victim was later identified as 20-year-old Isaac Sotello of Goshen.

TCSO Detectives took over the investigation and identified the suspects as 20-year-old Myka Yrigollen and a 17-year-old boy. Both were taken into custody on Tuesday for their part in the murder of Sotello and the attempted murder of the second victim.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help in getting information on the whereabouts of 18-year-old Andrew Orosco, 18-year-old Francisco Madrigal and 18-year-old Israel Murrieta of Goshen, who are all wanted for questioning in this investigation.
