June 5, 2025 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that through continued investigation, Kyle Heller, age 20 of Yucaipa, was identified as a second suspect in the murder of Fresno resident Kenneth Xiong. Heller was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for PC-187 Murder.
