June 12, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 8:00 a.m. on June 11, 2025, the Tulare Area Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (TAGNET) served a warrant at a property in the 12500 Block of Avenue 320 in North Visalia. The Operation followed a months-long investigation and multiple community tips submitted through TCSO's TipNow service, alerting Detectives to suspected illegal gambling activity at the location.

When Deputies arrived on scene, they found multiple casino machines in the home and drugs, along with evidence of gang activity and active gang members. 10 people were arrested.

Further examination of the property revealed the home was also illegally tapping into the electrical grid, bypassing standard utility systems. This unauthorized connection is believed to have resulted in the theft of thousands of dollars’ worth of electricity over time.
