Illegal Fireworks Arrest 

June 20, 2025 – Modesto Police Department officials report that following an investigation, officers arrested a suspect for selling illegal fireworks. In addition to the arrest, a $10,000 administrative fine was issued through the City’s Illegal Fireworks Enforcement Program.
