June 21, 2025 – The Mariposa County Arts Council’s Music on the Green concert series continues with another unforgettable weekend of live music under the stars in historic downtown Mariposa.
We kicked off the season lounging on the shady grass, soaking in the rich, captivating folk sounds of Ted Nunes and No Voodoo Here—a perfect start to a summer of great music and community spirit.
Jerry’s Briefcase to perform on Friday, June 27
On Friday, June 27, Jerry’s Briefcase Born from a shared love of jam band culture and improvisational music, Jerry's Briefcase is a powerhouse of seasoned musicians dedicated to carrying forward the spirit of Jerry Garcia and the jam scene. The band brings a mix of nostalgia and innovation to their performances, making every show a one-of-a-kind journey.
Jonathan Low-Fi to perform on Saturday, June 28
Then, on Saturday, June 28, Jonathan Low-Fi takes the spotlight with his distinctive blend of country folk. The central valley song slinger writes and sings in an authentic voice and plays a unique and captivating style of bluesy folk guitar.
Join us for another unforgettable weekend of live music under the Mariposa stars!
All performances begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Mariposa County Art Park, located at 5013 Hwy 140 in the heart of historic downtown Mariposa. Parking is available along 4th and 5th Streets, with accessible pedestrian access via the lower 5th Street parking lot through the Mariposa Creek Parkway entry.
Tips for the performers are appreciated and encouraged.
