Wanted Suspect in Organized Retail Theft 

June 27, 2025 – Fresno Police Department officials report that the first theft occurred at WinCo Foods located at 1004 South Peach Avenue on June 1, 2025. The suspect stole over $650 in merchandise. The second theft occurred at Vons located at Boulevard on June 18, 2025, where the same suspect stole approximately $300 in merchandise. RETAIL THEFT = JAIL TIME

The Fresno Police Department, in partnership with local law enforcement agencies and merchant loss prevention teams, will be investigating and prosecuting retail thieves. As a result of Prop 36, we are now able to charge these chronic thieves with additional felonies that carry stiffer penalties and increase jail time.
